9 dB MOBILE COLINEAR 477 MHz UHF CITIZEN BAND
LONG RANGE 9 dB MOBILE COLINEAR.
The CB9 mobile colinear was designed to extend the coverage of the UHF citizen band radio network.
This antenna has proven extremely popular with operators where long range reliable communications is imperative.
It is a shorter version of our 9 dB base station antenna but maintaining the same characteristics, it will perform where other antennas fail.
Some of the benefits of the CB9 include, 9 dB gain, compact in length, ground independent, terminated with a UHF female Mil specification connector to simplify installation, also the radome casing is of marine grade fibreglass for strength and the mounting pole is gold powder coated.
For UHF operators where the maximum distance is required the CB9 is an obvious choice, in country areas where heavy duty vehicles such as trucks or 4 wheel drives operate, the antenna is designed to be mounted on the bull bar and with the addition of our model SAL heavy duty spring mount base it is both flexible and impact resistant, the antenna is internally braced for further support.
This antenna is not for everyone, but it is without doubt the best performing mobile available.
